  Had an amazing date night. The margaritas were great. It was a cool bonus to get to keep the shakers. The guacamole was fresh and the salsa was the best I've had in a while. My steak was cooked to perfection. He loved his ribs. The new salted Carmel lava cake was super rich but a great desert to share. Our server did an awesome job. Even the to go orders we got for our mom an dad were done exactly when we were ready to leave. Great job Midland Texas Chili's team.

  We had to ask for silverware and napkins. Didn't get them for 5-10 minutes after we asked. By then we had finished the appetizer. We waited for about 40 minutes to get our food. When the waitress finally brought our food, she did not tell me that my plate/metal tray was extremely hot and I burned my hand. Her response was, "Well I'm used to handling them." After waiting a long time for food, a plate full of excuses, a barely there waitress, and an annoying burn... it might be a long long while before we go back IF we go back at all.

  One waitress & screwed up orders. No manager in sight. I don't know why I torture myself with loving the food here. It's crappy service, crappy bar staff, crappy tables/seating, dirty tables/seating. We got a basket of chip mulch (charged for the replacement) 2 for $22 dinner was $40 with soft drinks before tip.... She ran my card before she gave me a copy of the receipt she just gave me one that said what was due but not itemized. Giggled like it was funny when she noticed I'd been charged for the other table. Not really funny to me. Manager NEVER came out of hiding. Spent 2 hours before I got annoyed enough to say screw it & took my food to go (had to ask for a box 3 times). The table behind us with steaks came out 35 minutes before ours when we ordered 10 minutes before they walked in the door .... oh & the reason we knew a manager was around they yelled at our waitress... Real professionals here.
