  Today my husband took my brother-in-law to buy some fruit and received the worst service ever. My brother-in-law has advanced cancer and tires very easily and for this reason they decided to go through the less than 20 or 15 item checkout. The cashier refused to check them out even after my brother-in-law told her to please check him out because he was very tired. It is so sad to hear how an HEB employee has such poor customer service.

  Employees are great always offering to help! I like that the managers are now more present on the floor then before. Don't like that they refuse to open another register when the lines get long we have 25 registers and will only open 6 is a dumb concept. You can stand at the back and "direct" clients to a new line all day long wont make a difference when it takes Ms. Molly 15 minutes to talk to the clerk... But with limited options...

  I ordered a wedding shower cake from the bakery earlier this week for pick up today. I've had experiences in the past where the handwriting on the cakes is very sloppy so for this reason we ordered an edible image for the half sheet cake instead, with yellow roses around it. When we went to pick it up the image had stretched so the words all looked like they had stretch marks! I asked them to redo it and was told no one in the bakery knew how to do edible images, so I'd have to wait half an hour for sole one to come in to do it. I didnt have that much time, so I asked them to scrape the image, which came on (white)(whipped cream) icing off and replace it with more white whipped cream and write "Mr & Mrs" (as my original cake said) instead. They said in order to do, that it would be another 30 minutes. I was exasperated, so they brought out a stock cake from the back with red and blue flowers and said they could write Mr & Mrs on it, so I accepted the America cake. They quickly wrote a small Mr & Mrs in the middle of the cake, and even though my 8 year old writes better cursive. They didn't charge me for the cake, which I applauded them for, until I got to the party WITH A FROZEN CAKE.

  POORLY RAN PHARMACY!!!! My goodness! It's like an entire new world each month when I go in for just my usual birth control prescription. I ALWAYS end up having to go home a reprint coupons because it's NEVER added to the system properly! They want me to pay $110-150 for BIRTH CONTROL. RIDICULOUS! Therefore, I use a bayer coupon every year that has to be printed and they add it to the system. I will give the credit for one, single employee, who actually added the coupon correctly two years ago. The past year and each month through 2017 has been pure chaos each time I go as if this coupon is fairy dust that's unheard of. For the love, get some consistency!! It's your JOB! We will be switching pharmacies, immediately.
