  I have reviewed this location before. Scored well. Upon each return visit it is declining. here is my summary for today's stop.
  
  Really, McAlister's!
  Randy takes our soup back up to the counter and says:
  I would like these hot and without HAIR in it, please.
  Usually a good place to stop. I know it's always busy, I just expected better service and better quality than this.
  
  Then after a half-hour, Randy returns to the table. Their solution.... To reheat the soup.
  Think on that one for a minute.
  
  They (I hope) removed the hair and just heated the same cups of soup. WHAT! The same cups of soup. No dumping them out. I don't that cup. Which cup? Exactly!
  Their solution to that...
  A partial refund. Oh yeh... You heard me.
  This location is consistently going downhill.
  The area behind the cashiers was ridiculously Filthy. Not just from today. Old gunk on the floors. Greasy. Very dirty.

  I have eaten in Deli's from Boston,NYC ,and New Orleans. If i could leave a review with no stars i would. I ordered a Mufelatta sandwich. It came to me hot with soft bread, i sent it back. If anyone has ever seen a real Mufelatta; it is an enormous sandwich with lots of fixings. This was horrible. On top of thst i had to look at a server with his pants around his butt serving people. I commend McAlisters for their hiring practices but not their food. Waste of money.
